Hello, I’m Karen. Welcome to White Glove.
I live in Westhoughton with my family, and alongside my professional consultancy work, I’m building a local housekeeping business with a personal touch.
As a mum of two with a busy family home and dogs, I know how much there is to juggle. Having a home that feels clean, comfortable and cared for can make such a difference—and sometimes a helping hand gives you back a little time for yourself.
My career has been spent leading charities and supporting people. I bring that same care, attention and sense of responsibility to White Glove. To me, inviting someone into your home is personal. You should know who you’re dealing with, feel comfortable asking questions and have a clear understanding of the help you’ll receive.
My ambition is to grow a family business that creates worthwhile local jobs, including opportunities for my sons as they build their confidence and experience. We’re starting with regular domestic cleaning, with specialist cleaning services planned for the future.

Before you commit.
Our proposed regular-cleaning rate is £25 per cleaner-hour, with a two-hour minimum of £50 per visit. The calculator gives a guide based on one cleaner.

We’ll agree a realistic checklist for the time booked. If the work needs longer, we’ll discuss it with you.
The initial service covers domestic cleaning. Specialist carpet and floor treatments, personal care and gardening are outside this launch offer.

Do I need to be at home?
We’ll agree access with you before the visit. If you need an arrangement involving keys, we’ll discuss how they will be stored and handled before accepting them.
Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?
We’ll confirm products and equipment as part of your quote. Please tell us about preferred products, allergies, pets or surfaces needing special care.
Can I choose which rooms are cleaned?
Yes. We’ll agree the rooms and priorities with you, then suggest a realistic visit length. A two-hour visit is not a promise to clean an entire home.
Can I book a carpet clean or an end-of-tenancy clean?
Our initial focus is regular domestic cleaning. Specialist services are being considered for a later stage and are not currently part of the offer.
How do I book and pay?
Start with an enquiry. Karen will discuss the work, availability, quote, payment and cancellation terms with you. Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
